My favorite quote today comes from Kevin Krone, VP of Marketing for Southwest Airlines, on why they don’t charge bag fees:
"If we’re trying to get people to travel, we should probably let people take their suitcase."
That’s why I’ll be flying on Southwest this Thanksgiving.

Things like that are the difference between enjoying the trip or just enduring it. Or worse, actively hating the experience because I felt taken advantage of.
