The cure for stress.
Two words:
Drink more.
Seriously though, if you're suffering from stress overload the best thing to do is to lie back and let the sun and the wind wash over you. There is nothing quite so calming as that warmth on your face. And you can do it at the cottage, on your back deck, or in a park. Now that really is being environmentally friendly.
Of course, if you do just want to drink more, don't let me stop you. That can certainly cut down on the stress too.
