Great service. From tax collectors.
Ok, I'll admit that the last place I expect decent service is from the income tax people - the Canada Revenue Agency in this case. But the other day I had a problem. I had to make two calls to two different offices, and their call centers are clearly overtaxed if the number of busy signals I got is any indication.
But in both cases when I got the person on the phone they were cheerful, patient, and incredibly helpful, and answered all of my questions quickly and completely.
It almost made me want to give them my money.
