Trans fat to be specific. Kentucky Fried Chicken, or KFC, announced today that it will replace trans fatswith soybean-based oil. And as of now there are approximately 820 articles on the announcement at Google News.
It’s just frying oil folks. If you want to take care of your heart, then don’t eat so much fried food in the first place.
