New and Improved: Version 0.9.5.6.

Yes version 0.9.5.6 is available. So what's new?

  • Much prettier interface, and restructured menus.
  • SFTP and Proxy support (though untested)
  • Support for Wordpress (online) and MetaWeblog blogging
  • Improvements to tag definition and handling

There is also a laundry list of bug fixes and a bunch of other stuff that nobody noticed yet.

  • Get Posts with Blogger on Windows XP is unable to retrieve posts - fixed
  • Blogger returns 500 error - fixed
  • Bleezer occasionally hangs while sending trackback pings - fixed
  • Get Posts doesn't return posts properly in edit window - fixed
  • div tags in posts causing problems - fixed
  • File-New menu option now does something

Support for del.icio.us bookmarking was in up until the last build when it suddenly broke, but you can expect it to show up in the near future.

The app looks much better keep up the good work. The get post with blogger still does not work on Tiger. Keep up the good work.

Hi Larry! =:) Awesome job on Bleezer!! I just tried it for the first time last night on my OS X box and it worked great! However, I'm trying to get it working today from my Linux box at work and it's freezing. I think the problem is that I have to use a proxy server from work. How can I help you debug what's going wrong here?

The application looks very nice. Just the right level of widgets for my taste. I was able to post but not able to retrieve. I'm using Drupal/WinXP, my host uses Win 2003 svr.

I'm still learning to set up my blog/cms. This is best of the offline blog editors I've seen so far. Still haven't found one I really love.

Hey there, everything seems fine untill I try to publish a new post. Blogger returns error 500. Mind you I'm using Tiger and the get posts works fine.

I downloaded the software just today so I doubt my version would be an old one but who knows!

Can you help me get through the publishing process so I can post to my blogs painlessly?
